But while I have energy and great range of motion, it is great range of motion with a LOT of pain. I noticed this past week that some muscles were starting to spasm. They do not hurt but they quiver from time to time. In looking this up online I was directed to the tendons/ligaments and every one I touch is sore. It helps explain the popping/cracking noises and the onset of muscle spasms and in the last two days - some weakness in the arms. Unfortunately, I have not found anything good regarding treatment if I do have tendinopathy. The pain medication I take makes each day better meaning pretty functional. Otherwise I feel like I am 90 years old. Some days every part of my body hurts. Getting injections at 34 is not attractive b/c my understanding is that I only get so many of those in my life and I do have two compressed discs in my neck already. Plus I have pain from neck to ankles. But I do not know what I am looking at via pain medications given that REMOVED mg of tramadol and REMOVED mg of hydrocodone per day is just barely enough right now. I do not want to be 45 years old and running out of pain management options for this or any other future condition. The good news? Adding Ultram ER really helps manage my GI pain. It has been an effective drug even though REMOVED mg is just short of what I "think" I need (and it's too bad this one only goes to REMOVED mg max per day). And I do not find that it works for 24 hours . but it is long-lasting.
