Hey all new to the site. I got a problem maybe someone can help me with. Im 23 and sometimes have trouble keeping an erection usually during sex not masturbation. About 2.5 years ago I went on a 7 hour car ride and that night in the hotel I woke up with a severe pain in my testicles.
