I've been using Cialis for years but yesterday was the first time I had pain. I took 40 mg (I know that was too much - the max is 20 mg so I'll know for next time). When I got the erection the right half of the tip of my penis hurt. It's been more than 24 hours and it still hurts though it is slightly better than yesterday. I never ended up having sex. I know I had an erection last night during sleep but not for more than 4 hrs. There is no visible sign of a problem. It feels very sensitive to the touch. Has anyone experienced this? I'm worried. Has anyone had any experience with this? Has the FDA approved such a drug? I assume if they did, it would be a prescription drug?
